Devils vs. United Township

Support the Devils as they travel to East Moline, Illinois to take on United Township this Friday, October 9th.  Sophomore game starts at 5:00 pm with the varsity to follow at 7:30 pm.  Both games will be played at The Soule Bowl in East Moline.  GO DEVILS!! 

Freshman will take on United Township here at home on Saturday, the 10th at 3:00 pm at Flinn Stadium.  Stop out to the stadium to support our Freshman guys!

QJHS teams wrap up their season tomorrow evening going up against Hannibal in Hannibal, MO.

Devils hit the road this Friday, October 2nd to take on the Moline Maroons in Moline, IL.  Sophomores take the field at 5:00 pm and Varsity begins at 7:30 pm.

Devils take on the Rock Island Alleman Pioneers this Friday, September 25th, at 7:30 pm at Flinn Stadium.  Sophomores start the evening at 5:00 pm against Alleman with the Homecoming court introductions in between games. 

Come out to Maine Street between QJHS and QHS for the Homecoming parade Thursday evening at 6:00 to cheer on our Blue Devil Football teams!

For the last three home JV/Varsity football games, the football players' class with the most parent volunteers who sign up and work concessions will win a QHS football t shirt.  The dates are 9/26, 10/16, and 10/23.  Email or text Kathy Flowerree at mkflow2000@yahoo.com or 573-231-9063 to sign up.

Devils won again at home on Friday night against North Lawndale.  Varsity posted a 35-15 score and Sophomores 27-0.  Great effort men! 

Blue Devils hit the road Friday, September 18th to take on the Rock Island Rocks.  Game time is 7:30 pm for Varsity and 5:00 pm for Sophomores.  Take a drive to Rock Island to cheer on our Devils!!

Congratulations Varsity Blue Devils on a win Friday night against Alton.  Devils ended the night with a 35 - 21 win over the Alton Redbirds. 

Up next for the Devils are the North Lawndale Chicago Prep Phoenix.  Game time for varsity is 7:30 pm at Flinn stadium.  Sophomores take on the Phoenixat 5:00 pm.  Good luck Devils!

2015 Blue/White Scrimmage!!

The 2015 Blue/White Scrimmage is set for Friday, August 21st beginning at 6:00 pm with the Quincy Youth Football League players.  Immediately following the QYFL, our 7th and 8th grade teams will take the field followed by our Freshmen, Sophomore and Varsity teams. 

Come out to Flinn Stadium and support our players as they begin the 2015 season!!  Bring a sports drink for entrance to the scrimmage.

12:00 pm - Senior photo at SK Photography studio. (Mrs. Shepherd will be giving specific directions to senior players.)
1:45 pm - 1,000 lb. club photo at Illinois Veteran's Home. (Mrs. Shepherd will provide specific instructions for these players.)

All players should be in uniform and ready to go at the time listed for their group.

Golf Outing 2015

Equipment Handout

Weight training will be on Monday - Friday from 8 am - 11 am. Freshman and Sophomore players will lift from 8 am - 9am. Varsity players will lift from 9 am - 11 am. Wednesday will be the speed and conditioning day.

Equipment handout is this Monday, June 1st!  The schedule is as follows:

8:00 - Seniors

9:00 - Juniors

10:00 - Sophomores

11:00 - Freshmen

Be there only at the time designated for your age group.  All equipment is distributed at Flinn Stadium.
