Many Blue Devil Football players are taking advantage of the Train Smart off-season lifting and conditioning program and are working extremely hard.  This program provides two time slots, 3:00 -4:30 pm and 6:30 -8:00 pm.  The program cost is $125 a month and the the players are raving about the results that they are seeing.   Currently we have about 15 kids involved in the program a...
